How do you change yourself? breaking the pattern?

if you know it is you that causing people to treat you badly, how do you change yourself? How do you change yourself? breaking the pattern?
Each of us has a conditioned identity with subconscious beliefs about self and the world that control our perceptions, thoughts, feelings and reactions.

This is programmed in early childhood and the experiences you describe must be traced to the belief behind it, then to it's origin in experience, and reframed completely or the pattern will NOT stop.

Reality mirrors the contents of consciousness. We can break the patterns ONLY by changing the beliefs behind our behavior. Some kind of fear or shame is always the root cause of our defensive behavior. How do you change yourself? breaking the pattern?
stop and think about what it is that causes them to do so. then think about the alternitives of how it could be if you went about it differently, then knowing how to go about it in another way do so and see the change :P break it :D xx
i dont know
Very simple!

Be deeply honest, truthful and accountable to your self for all the good and bad deeds you have done at the end of the day, and decide where you can do better, write it down to remind your self in the morning and with the first ray of the rising Sun get up with a determination to take action on your good and constructive thoughts and not a second to waste.

No drugs, alcohol, smoke etc. Leave all bad habits at least one bad habit daily for ever, and acquire one good habit daily to last for ever. Be polite to all and helpful within your means including your parents, family, friends and teachers.

No bad company.

See the results for your self for self study and analysis and conclusions where you can do better but you have to be honest, truthful and accountable to your self.
