How soon do I need to service my front breaks ?

The dealer estimated that my Toyota Corolla 2008 has 35% of front breaks remaining. That was three weeks ago. Am I OK to drive a few more days ( about 200 miles ) without changing the breaks ?How soon do I need to service my front breaks ?
I don't think you need to change your pads yet.

How many mile did you drive since you changed brake pads?

If you drove like 20000 miles to get to 35%, means that 100% life is like over 30000 miles. Give it a 10% safety factor, and you should be able to get 27000 total miles out of them.

That means that 35%, you should be able to get 7000 miles more.

Double check assumptions of 20000 miles.

You don't need to change brakes yet, but pay attention to brake squeal. They will warn you when you are getting close. How soon do I need to service my front breaks ?
200 miles? 35%?

Not even a problem. You can probably go 2000 miles - especially if you drive on the hwy with almost no braking.

good luck...
yes.

I went to replace mine at 70,000, but they didn't need it. I had over 100,000 before I replaced them.
