How much is the break change?

i need to change my breaks in my 03 caravan because i can hear the metal all ready when i break does any one know how much on avrage would it beHow much is the break change?
midas is $79.95 per axle if you don't need any more parts but in your case it sounds like you are going to need new rotors too so your probably looking at $160 per axle at midas.How much is the break change?

Since you metal more then likely you will need to replace the rotors and the pads. $100 for the pads replaced and another $100 for the rotors. There is no reason it willbe more then this. If it is ask them to ';break'; it down on wht they are doing.

the metal noise is the indicators on your brakes letting you know they need changing before its to late.It should be about 40-50 bucks for a set of pads for the front and around about the same for the rear depending
Final cost depends on quality of parts, if you go cheapest your looking at labor +parts maybe $300. If you go with quality pads add another $100. Since your metal to metal the price includes new rotors. I wouldn't bother having them surface the rotors.
