Find an independent shop that specializes in under-the-car stuff - mufflers, brakes, shocks, struts, drive shafts. Ask around until you get a good one. They will throw it up on a lift and quickly tell you what and how much. These look-sees are usually free. Ask them to show you what's wrong with what and they will.

Even if the right answers are included in the good guesses here, how do you know which are the right answers and what would you do about it anyway. You don't have a lift.Is it time to change my breaks?
High pitched noise could be metal on metal, which means your pads or shoes have no friction material left, so should be changed immediately .Suspension noise could be a drop link, shock mount or ball joint, again, get it seen to ASAP
Once your wear indicator starts making enough of a squeal for you to hear it, it is doing damage to the rotor. You can keep driving but the cost for the brake job will just keep getting higher the longer you put it off.

The tik tak on the left front side can be anything from a bad bearing to a CV joint going.
You may only have a rock in the take them to a mechanic and have them tell you if you need to change your breaks
your brakes may only be dusty just pull them apart and clean them. if the lining is less than 3/16 thick then swap out with new pads. the noise your hearing from the left, that sounds to me to be a bad strut bearing or strut cartridge. you'll need a spring compressor to undo the nut that holds the bearing on to the strut assembly.
