Do P90x no plateau's.
Every 30 days works. Or go one week doing 10reps about 75% what you can lift, then the following week do 8reps about 80% and work up each week till your down to 3reps. Then totally reverse the order you are lifting and start over. You can also try doing high reps light Weights to the point you cant anymore, then take 3Min's break and .followed by low reps and high Weight.
