Cant watch videos or view photos on any browser!?

I've tried every every browser, and ino my internet connection isnt that bad, I also have the latest version of flash player. Yet when I go on any browser, for the last month, it hasnt let me watch youtube videos fully, it crashes and wont play any more than a few seconds most times, even though I wait for a minute and it says its buffered coz that little red transparent line is 100%

I've tried messaging youtube help bit but no replies, it doesnt matter if I refresh or close my browser, or use another, or restart the laptop, it wont play correctly.

this isnt the only problem, I've had a problem viewing photos too, some times they appear broken, changed tones, inverted or other, and doesnt change when I refresh etc.

Its getting me annoyed

I just got this laptop a few months ago, and its fine, the connection speed is fine, and when I'm working offline its fine, and viewing my own saved videos hasn't been a problem at all



could it be a firewall problem? I did recently install a firewall software, but I made sure it had no effect on my browsers, but could it still effect viewing videos and or photos? or the software attached to this that allows me to watch videos or photos?



I'm not a tech person at all, but it is starting to effect how I communicate with clients online, as its effecting my downloading of images (I edit)



any ways I can stop this?

I dont think my laptop is the problem, its a fairly new make an pretty good other than these glitches?

is it firewall problem, and any ways on fixing it?

I'm using zone alarm security, should I change it?

This looks like the firewall is stopping you viewing online videos and the like.

What is the Firewall called? E-mail them and ask them for help regarding this,

If no help is forthcoming, dump the firewall and look for a better one.
