How do I change the lugnuts and studs on 1984 olds cutlass?

My car had a flat tire and when going to change it , my cousin broke off 3 of the lugnuts. How can I change them? The tire shop said I had to take tire and caliper off.How do I change the lugnuts and studs on 1984 olds cutlass?
Remove the caliper and hub/rotor. Lay it flat and either press them out or lightly grind the broken ones off with a right angle grinder till they are reasonably flat. Use a large drift and punch each broken wheel stud out with a small sledge hammer.

The mew studs can easily be pulled back in using new lug-nuts put on backwards and washers as spacers. You will see small splines on the new wheel studs. Line them up with the cut grooves in the hub.

After you've finished, always use a little never seize on wheel stud threads. They'll never rust or corrode. Remenber that the threads do not hold the wheels on, the secret's the taper inside the wheel. How do I change the lugnuts and studs on 1984 olds cutlass?
Yes remove the tire and caliper and the wheel bearings and then you will need to press them out and the reassembly everything.
Stud puller tool for the remaining intact studs.
