Jack the car up by the frame lift points(they're usually right behind the wheel wells). Remove the wheels. Spray the brake assemblies down with some brake cleaner spray OR carb cleaner spray. NEVER USE COMPRESSED AIR!!!!! Brake pads and shoes are made with asbestoes and the dust WILL eventually kill you if you inhale enough of it! Clean the built up rust off the wheel stud bolts with a wire brush and apply a liberal coating of anti-seize compound to the stud bolts. Get a Haynes car manual if you've got any further questions.
