By the time you get 4 new tires and balance them and the car will need aligned to protect the new tires from wearing out and then having a 4 wheel brake job done and just hope you don't need new rotors and drums your talking an easy $1,000 give or take a few dollars, probably give, after that I really don't think you will want to tip.
