How do i change break lights in a 98 Chevrolet lumna?

we need to fix our break lights within an hour because we have inspectors coming to make sure our car has all its lights working

Open the trunk and remove the trim panel behind the tail light. The panel is secured by plastic tension pins with a screw in the center of the pin to apply tension. Just back out the screw to release tension on the pin and then pull out the pin to remove the panel. You will then see plastic wing nuts which secure the tail light assembly to the vehicle. Remove the wing nuts and then pull the tail light assembly away from the vehicle to service the light bulbs.
