First of all, your back BRAKE is running hot.
I would take it back apart, and check to make sure it is in fact put to gether correctley and re-bleed it. It is obviously sticking, and causing friction while driving. My back break is running hot? WHY?
It could be a stuck caliber. Is it wearing out quicker? You didn't mention if you have disc or drums. I believe they had 4-wheel disc that year so I would buy a rebuilt caliper.
they have aluminum caliper son the back of that model year. always having problems. replace the calipers and you should be fine.
how do you know it's running hot? you're brakes will be hot after using them for 10 seconds in a row, maybe even less. you've got to think- 2 pieces of metal being pressed together by 200 pounds of force. now, if you can decide that they're running abnormally hot, then you need to take another look at the brakes. maybe there's some wobble in the pads from something not being tight enough... maybe. if there is a problem you should feel in the brake pedal when you use the brakes. Good luck.
